I'm probably a little bit late saying hello to 2012 on the last day of January;). But I couldn't resist sneaking in under the wire and play along with the Once Upon a Sketch challenge. I really wanted to scrap one of my resolutions for this new year. I choose the word 'change' to live by in 2011 and this year that keyword is 'love'. I want to let my loved ones know how much I love them more often, I want to spend more time with the people who mean a lot to me and I want to try doing things with more love and passion too. This is the love themed layout that I created to represent my resolution. I really love these Pion Design papers, especially those cute Cupid images.
2012 is alweer 31 dagen aan de gang... Toch grijp ik nog snel de kans om één van mijn goede voornemens vast te leggen op een layout. Een dag voor de deadline besloot ik om ook mee te doen met de Once Upon a Sketch challenge. Het werd een 'Hello 2012' layout, gebaseerd op hun sketch.
Ik heb 2011 ingeluid met een layout genaamd 'Change', en verandering heeft 2011 zeker teweeg gebracht. Hopelijk wordt ook mijn woord voor dit jaar inderdaad een leidraad voor 2012. Ik heb namelijk gekozen voor het woord 'liefde'. Ik wil dit jaar de mensen die dichtbij mij staan, vaker laten weten hoeveel zij voor me betekenen. Ik wil meer liefde geven aan mijn dierbaren, en ik wil me ook in mijn eigen leven meer laten leiden door wat mijn hart me ingeeft. Daarom heb ik mijn prachtige Pion Design papiertjes uit de kast getrokken en er deze layout mee gemaakt.
