Today it's Field Trip Friday at the Bo Bunny blog. This means that you have to create something that is outside your comfort zone. Well, since each Bo Bunny collection comes with many gorgeous papers and beautiful coordinating embellishments, it is pretty tempting to stick to one collection on a layout. I sometimes mix up two collections that look a lot alike, but I have never combined two very different ranges of paper on one layout. For this assignment I decided to change that. The Ambrosia collection inspired me to use a mixture of vintage and colourful on my layout. The neutral background was made with papers from the Et Cetera and Welcome Home collections. For the pops of colour in my layout I used the colourful Ambrosia range.
Vandaag is het 'Field Trip Friday' op het Bo Bunny blog. Dit betekent dat we iets moeten maken buiten je comfortzone. Ik heb flink gebrainstormd wat ik wilde gaan doen voor deze opdracht. Een clean & simple layout bleek een té grote uitdaging en ook een layout zonder embellishments werd niets. Uiteindelijk besloot ik iets anders te doen: een layout maken waarop ik meerdere totaal verschillende lijnen met elkaar meng. Omdat elke Bo Bunny lijn bestaat uit verschillende vellen en embellishments die perfect met elkaar combineren, is het nogal verleidelijk niet naar meer dan één lijn te grijpen voor een layout. Voor deze uitdaging bracht ik daar verandering in. Ik heb de neutrale, vintage-achtige Et Cetera en Welcome Home lijnen gemengd met het kleurrijke Ambrosia.
