Best Friend for Bo Bunny

Hi!
I hope your weekend has been wonderful and that you're well prepared for a new week ;)
This will probably be my last week before summer break, depending on whether I can manage to finish my final paper this week. I'm so looking forward to some time off. The past few weeks have been really busy, so I'm much in need of some lovely time to relax and enjoy the sunshine :)
In the meantime I'm still writing a few last sections for my paper and working on several scrapbook deadlines. This weekend I have been creating a lay-out for Bo Bunny using the wonderful 'Penny Emporium' collection. What a lovely collection to work with!

Hoi!

Bo Bunny Supply List:
Patterned Paper: Penny Emporium, Bazaar, Copper Tiles, Gadgets/Penny Emporium
6 x 6 Paper Pad: Penny Emporium
Chipboard: Penny Emporium Layered Chipboard
Buttons: Penny Emporium
Noteworthy: Penny Emporium
Doilies: 8.5 in. Large Doilies
Pearlescents: Chocolate
Dies: Elegant Border
Stickable Stencils: Bliss
Glitter Paste: Copper

I recently took this photo of my brother Joeri and my niece Elise. It's wonderful to see Elise playing with her big nephews. She really looks up to them and enjoys spending time with them, e.g. by playing games on their mobile phones.
I thought the vintage-themed and feminine 'Penny Emporium' collection suited this sepia-toned photo quite well and decided to frame it with a lovely frame from this collection and several pretty papers.

These pretty borders at the bottom of my lay-out were made with the beautiful 'Elegant Border' die. I think the borders you can make with this die always make a perfect finishing touch.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Dankjewel voor je bezoekje!

  6. Ahhh, what a gorgeous layout, Romy! I love that sweet photo, and these papers really complement it perfectly. The vintage feel is a perfect match for your niece's ruffle-y dress. Love the big doily and all the fancy edges. The little Victorian lady at the bottom is a fun added surprise.
Good luck on all your last minute project work! A summer break will sure be nice!
