Stars & Sparkles with Bo Bunny 'White Out'

It doesn't take that long anymore until winter is here, so I thought I would make a lay-out with a winter theme to it. I'm actually not really looking forward to winter, because I don't like those short and dark days and the cold weather a lot. I'm definitely much into spring or summer. That's what I journaled about on this lay-out. 

All products that I used on this lay-out are from Bo Bunny. Bo Bunny has just released a brand new, gorgeous winter collection: Whiteout. The papers in this collection are decorated with glitter and bling accents and are just right up in my alley! 

De winter laat niet lang meer op zich wachten, dus besloot ik alvast een winterse lay-out te maken. Om eerlijk te zijn zie ik niet heel erg uit naar de winter. Ik ben niet bepaald dol op korte, donkere dagen en het koude weer. Geef mij maar lente of zomer en een lekker zonnetje! Daarover heb ik op deze lay-out dan ook een stukje tekst geshreven. 

Alle producten die ik op deze lay-out heb gebruikt, zijn van Bo Bunny. Ik gebruikte onder meer de gloednieuwe en supermooie Whiteout collectie. Vooral de glitter accenten op het papier in deze lijn vind ik prachtig.

My lay-out was inspired by this gorgeous moodboard over at Scrap Around The World. I was inspired by the winter theme of the mood board and also by the soft blue and white hues and the hint of red (reflected in the candy cane chipboard piece on the right side of my lay-out) in it. 

Bij het maken van deze lay-out liet ik me inspireren door het mooie moodboard bij Scrap Around The World. Ik was geïnspireerd door het winterse thema van het moodboard en de lichtblauwe en witte tinten en rode accenten. Het rood heb ik laten terugkomen in het zuurstokje op mijn lay-out.

I embellished my lay-out with beautiful doilies, die-cut snowflakes (from the Noteworthy package) and several chipboard chipboard shapes. 

Ik heb mijn lay-out verder versierd met doilies, die-cut sneeuwvlokjes (uit de Noteworthy verpakking) en verschillende chipboard figuren. 

I also used the Cascade stickable stencil to create some stars on my background paper. I made some stars with silver glitter paste and some of them were made with gesso.

Op de achtergrond van mijn lay-out heb ik het Cascade stickable stencil gebruikt om een sterrenpatroon te maken. Een aantal sterren heb ik gemaakt met zilverkleurige glitterpasta en een aantal met gesso.
