A friend of mine bought his first house, so I had a wonderful housewarming party last night. I made my friend a red, blue and grey card with lots of stars on it, inspired by the wonderful Creative Embellishments July challenge.
Een vriend van mij heeft zijn eerste eigen huis gekocht, dus gisteren had ik een leuke housewarming. Deze kaart maakte ik voor de trotse huiseigenaar. Het werd dit keer een rood, blauw, grijze kaart met veel sterren, geïnspireerd door de Creative Embellishments juli challenge.
The papers are from the wonderful Maja Design Life by the Sea collection. For all the stars, I used the Sizzix Framelits Dies Stars. I attached a few stars with foamtape to make them stand out more.
Het papier komt uit de Maja Design Life by the Sea collectie. Om de sterren uit te stansen gebruikte ik de Sizzix Framelits Stars set. Een aantal sterren heb ik verhoogd met 3D tape.

I love all these stars, Romy! And what a great paper combo for a masculine design! I really like the combo of both paper and woodsy stars, and topping some with the enamel dots adds even more great texture. The little crab in the corner is a fun surprise, too. I bet your friend loved this!
