Inkido Papercraft Scandinavia Blog Hop

First of all, I would like to wish you all a very happy, healthy and creative 2014! I hope it will be a wonderful year for all of you! The beginning of 2014 also means the start of my DT term for Inkido/Papercraft Scandinavia. To celebrate the new design team, the Inkido design team is organizing a wonderful blog hop. 

If you're on the right way, you have just arrived from Renae Harrison's blog. 

This blog hop will last from January 2nd to January 4th. The good news is: there are three gorgeous prizes to be won. The first prize is Inkido's newest collection, which hasn't even been revealed yet. There are also a second and third prize, which are a set for vintage cardmakers and a surprise package.

Well, I thought it would be nice to shortly introduce myself. My name is Romy and I'm a 20 year-old scrapbooker from the Netherlands. I study Dutch language and Linguistics by daytime and am an avid scrapbooker at night. 

1. I started scrapbooking about 8 years ago when I was introduced to this hobby in a workshop at my high school. I was hooked immediately! I think my style has slightly changed throughout the years. My creations are mostly characterized by lots of layering and details and some vintage or romantic touches. 

2. When I'm scrapbooking, my room always turns into a huge mess. Even when I'm only making a tiny little card, I can manage to make my entire room look like a bomb has just exploded in it. 

3. I like to try different styles, but am most of all a huge fan of the romantic/shabby chic style of scrapbooking. Therefore, I'm really excited to be part of the Inkido team and to get to work with their gorgeous, romantic products. Also, Inkido's coordinating flowers and embellishments are a true delight to work with too! I'm excited to start my term. It's a true honour to be part of this really talented group of artists. 

All design team members are also showing some photos of their studios. Well, unfortunately I don't have my own scrapbook studio, or at least not yet ;) Instead, I have stored all my scrapbook supplies in my cupboard. At the moment it is simply loaded with scrapbook supplies. There's hardly space to add anything new ;) 

But I thought I would show you two peeks at how I organize my scrapbook supplies:
